This Committee and Management work together to assess the exteriors of our 47 buildings twice a year and as needed for resident issues, making notes of needed work and repairs. These action items are provided to the Board for prioritizing.
The Committee also provides additional assistance to the Board as needed during the year. 

GROUNDS COMMITTEE

This Committee and Management work together to assess the common area grounds twice a year, making notes of needed work and repairs. These action items are provided to the Board for prioritizing.
The Committee also provides additional assistance to the Board as needed during the year.
