ARTICLE IV BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Section 1: Number: The business and affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Board of five (5) Directors who must be Members of the Association.sssssss

Section 2: Term of Office: All Directors will serve for a term of two (2) years. For the purposes of having experienced Board members at all times, the annual elections all alternate between two Directors one year and three Directors the next year. Each Director shall hold office until his or her death, resignation, retirement, removal, disqualification, or his or her successor is elected and qualifies.

The current Board of Directors as of January 2024 is:

Treasurer:  Gary Lowder

Member at Large:  Jim Miller
