BUILDING AND GROUNDS COMMITTEE

This Committee and Management work together to assess the exteriors of our 47 buildings and the common area grounds twice a year, making notes of needed work and repairs.  These action items are provided to the Board for prioritizing. 

The Committee also provides additional assistance to the Board as needed during the year.
